- Make sure the proof email address in the company profile is set to the address you want to receive it.
- Check your spam folder.
- Make sure you pressed the check mark icon or submit button to complete your broadcast creation.
- Alternatively, When creating your broadcast you could select to use the Wizard. This process will not only make broadcast construction more streamlined, but will also generate the proof as the last step of the creation process.
