I Ignored the Contact Info In Broadcast Post
So you decided to ignore the knowledge base in the first place, and now you’re confused what to do since your contact info is wrong and you don’t want to delete your broadcast. Okay. Okay. We do have a solution.
- Go to your profile and update everything in the company section you need to change.
- Go to send broadcasts
- Click the edit button on the broadcast you need to update.
- Deselect your list or template.
- Reselect your list or template.
- Click the green check mark icon.
You should be all set. You’re welcome. Please don’t ignore the Knowledge Base in the future.
